”From a plant’s perspective, lectins are an important part of their defense mechanism to keep them alive and thriving. But when we eat them, it can inhibit absorption of the vital nutrients we need to keep us healthy. In the new The Living Well Without Lectins Cookbook, Curici takes the daunting idea of eliminating high-lectin foods and instead empowers us with easy-to-understand education and a repertoire of recipes so delicious you will forget you are eliminating something from your diet.”

— Dr. Will Cole, leading functional medicine expert, IFMCP, DC, and author of The Inflammation Spectrum and Ketotarian

I am grateful for all the love, support and kindness I received from you along this journey.

Hi there, the overview of the book only mentions A2 dairy, which is not available in Canada. Do you have any recipes that have other allowed dairy products such as Full fat organic cream and or Italian/French/Swiss cheeses? I don’t think you partake in dairy but just thought I would check with you 🙂 Thanks for everthing!

Hi Allison, yes there are recipes using all these items, on my website and in my book. I used them before I gave up dairy. I know people in Canada getting A2 milk and A2 products, like the ones you mentioned above. I hope you manage to find a good source too. xx
