Add the cranberries, water, orange juice, and sweetener to a saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until all the cranberries pop and the sauce thickens.

Add the salt, spices, and orange zest, cook for a couple more minutes, and that's it.

Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or a glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
