- Turmeric root - Ginger root - Grapefruit - Orange - Local raw honey - Ground black pepper - Himalayan salt - Water - Optional: MCT oil
A high speed blender. We use a Nutribullet.
Chop the ginger and turmeric roots and the citrus. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until liquid.
Serve immediately. It can be stored for up to a day in the refrigerator.
You can strain the liquid using a nut milk bag, but I don't recommend it as there are a lot of nutrients in the pulp.
