- Sweet paprika - Ground coriander - Ground cumin - Mexican oregano - Pepper and salt - Cayenne pepper - Tapioca starch
- 100% grass-fed ground beef - Extra virgin olive oil - Onion - Garlic - Water - Fresh cilantro for garnish
1
In a small bowl, combine the sweet paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, Mexican oregano, ground pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt, and tapioca starch. Set aside.
2
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion. Sauté for about one minute, or until the onion begins to soften.
3
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Brown the beef with the spice mix and garlic, add some water, and continue to cook for about 15 minutes.
4
If desired, stir in freshly chopped cilantro just before serving. This versatile taco meat can be made ahead of time and reheated just before serving, or enjoyed immediately.
