- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon rose water (optional)
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup millet flakes
TO SERVE
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Nut butter, coconut butter, nuts, coconut flakes, yacon syrup or a small amount of local, raw honey
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, minus the millet flakes and the toppings, in a blender, until creamy.
Pour the content of the blender in a bowl and add the millet flakes. Combine with a spatula.
Cook three small pancakes at a time (about 1/4 cup of batter) on a cast iron griddle or pan, or as many as you can fit.
